Our Story
Our story begins in 2016. Cignpost was born out of the need for an alternative route to accessing healthcare. Having won a number of clients, we prepared to launch our proposition, including: cardiovascular disease risk assessments and cancer screening.
However, the COVID-19 pandemic meant a change of course. By welcoming one of the world’s foremost immunologists to the team, Cignpost created a business with unparalleled scientific expertise and business acumen. Our focus switched to understanding how our diagnostics capabilities could be used to create COVID-safe environments.
Over the last four years, Cignpost Diagnostics and ExpressTest by Cignpost has helped whole industries restart and individuals separated by COVID-19 reunite with their loved ones.
Today, ExpressTest continues to pursue our original ambition: using health diagnostics and screening to improve global health and wellness outcomes. We remain committed to working with elite sports organizations like the DP World Tour and Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, recognizing the critical role that health plays in maximizing performance—whether on the golf course or in the workplace.
We have now launched a comprehensive suite of health products and services, partnering with organizations across the UK to help people proactively manage their future health.
